Sales tax
If you are a New Jersey resident, we will add a sales tax of 6.0% to the final price.
Payment options
Heart of Gold accepts American Express, VISA, VISA Bucks, Master Card and Discover credit cards. We do not accept CODS, personal checks or money orders.
Telephone orders
We do not accept telephone orders at this time.
International orders
At this time, we do not accept orders shipped to AFO, FPO and international addresses.
Ordering and shipping confirmation
After ordering, you will receive two emails from Heart of Gold℠. First, we will confirm your order within a few minutes of ordering. Then, you will be notified when your order ships. We ship via UPS and you will be able to check the status of your order via a link in your order shipment confirmation.
How to order
Ordering from Heart of Gold℠ is easy and painless. When you have selected the items you want, click on the item and follow the instructions below:
Go to any product page. Select your item and quantity.
Click on ‘add to shopping cart'
Here, you can review all the items you have placed in the shopping bag and information about each item. You can make some changes to your order here such as changing the quantity or deleting a particular item.
If you make a change to your order, click the update button at the bottom of the page to see your revised total.
If you are finished selecting items, click the ‘Checkout' button.
If you are already logged in, you will see a screen that verifies your billing and shipping information
If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to log in, or if you are not a member, you can enter all of your information to create a new account.
Then, click ‘continue'
A screen will come up showing your order information, along with your billing and shipping information, credit card information.
You will see a screen that verifies and displays your shipping information, order number and order information.
Shipping & Returns
When will your order ship?
Heart of Gold℠ endeavors to ship purchases of in-stock items within 24 hours of receiving your order.
We ship via UPS.
We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico at this time.

Returns and exchanges
Heart of Gold℠ will accept returns of unused, unworn, unwashed merchandise in its original packaging for full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
Please include a copy of your invoice or packing list, along with a note indicating why the item is being returned. Remember to include your name, address, phone number and email address, so we can contact you with any questions.

For your security, please return your item with an insured courier (e.g. UPS, UPS insured, FedEx) and retain your receipt. Heart of Gold℠ is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
The cost of the item(s) purchased returned along with any applicable sales tax will be applied to the credit card used for the original purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable.
