Dr. Susan Bartell
Dr. Susan Bartell is a psychologist specializing in the issues of tweens and teens, especially girls! Dr. Susan's Girls-Only Weight Loss Guide is her second book for preteens and teen. The first, Stepliving for Teens (Penguin) is for teenagers in stepfamilies. She is also the author of Mommy or Daddy: Whose side am I on? (Adams Media)
Dr. Susan lives in New York and works with girls and their parents at her office, and in large and small groups at schools, camps, youth groups and other locations. Dr. Susan also speaks at conferences for parents as well as teachers, doctors and other professionals. Dr. Susan has two daughters and a son who give her lots of helpful advice and suggestions. She also has a wonderful husband she loves very much!

Tami Luchow
Tami Luchow is an inspirational speaker and writer. She runs programs nationwide that engage people of all ages by actively thinking about and understanding what it means and feels like to be different-and the enjoying the fact that we are all UNIQUE. Her program challenges people to live the words "DARE TO BE YOU" and "DARE TO DREAM" and "DARE TO BE DIFFERENT".As a person who was born with a physical disability, Tami Luchow uses lessons and experiences from her own life to help campers, counselors and camp administrators connect with the real life implications of being different.
Tami Luchow is a former journalist with NBC News. She is also a former ski racer who competed on an international skiing circuit. Ms Luchow has spoken to people of all ages at camps, schools, organizations and businesses around the country about self-esteem, diversity and disability, always with a strong emphasis on her belief that every person CAN DO and CAN SHARE within the community and the world. She is a graduate of Yale University and Columbia University where she received a Bachelors and a Maters degree respectively.
Ms. Luchow is married with two young boys. She is constantly sharing her life lessons, step by step, with peoples of all walks of life, at playgrounds, at speaking engagements and on the beach! Ms. Luchow likes to think of herself as someone who was born to be different.
When it comes to following her heart, Ms. Luchow has some experience-she is someone who has lived life on her own terms where she has learned to never take no for an answer. Mrs. Phyllis Meer
Mrs. Phyllis Meer (RN,BSN,CPNP)-‘Ask the Nurse Practitioner' in Healthyhearts section received her BSN and nurse practitioner degree at University of Michigan. She has cared for children in a variety of settings, hospital, camp, allergy and pediatric offices in the Detroit Michigan area. She enjoys spending time with her family. She makes sure to have age appropriate toys and snacks for her young grandchildren.
Lynne Stewart's formal, demonstrated and highly-valued expertise was honed atone of the world's top branding consultancies. She has over 16 years of product and corporate branding experience, having led more than 50 branding programs for industry-leading global organizations. Lynne spent her formative years at Interbrand, the branding arm of Omnicom, where she rose to the level of managing partner, and became widely recognized as an incisive and successful creator of brand solutions.
While at Interbrand, Lynne provided branding expertise to numerous major enterprises, including General Motors, Johnson & Johnson and Heinz. She considers her work with Unicef one of her most significant accomplishments. The solution developed for Unicef was a first, as this truly pioneering project demonstrated that not-for-profit organizations could also reap the benefits of branding. Lynne's beliefs received added confirmation when Unicef doubled its fundraising receipts within the first year after implementation.
Lynne founded Brand Y Consulting in 2000, where she provided strategic branding solutions for Fortune 500 companies as well as ground-breaking not-for-profit organizations. Lynne is passionate about helping organizations realize their brand's full potential. She frequently speaks at conferences, runs branding workshops for industry organizations, and gives branding presentations at many of her clients' national sales meetings and global conferences. Lynne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.
